Job Title: Customer Service and Administrative Coordinator
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service and Administrative Coordinator!
In this role, you will report directly to the After-Sales Manager and be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that contribute to our customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and professional reception for both in-person and phone inquiries.
- Handle billing and payment processing for clients in the mechanical and bodywork workshops.
- Engage in commercial activities, including follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and promote brand image.
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, appointment management, filing, and data tracking.
What We Are Looking For:
- You are autonomous and skilled at managing priorities with a keen sense of organization.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
- You are recognized for your attentive listening and discretion.
- You demonstrate adaptability, versatility, and responsiveness in your work.
- You have a solid command of computer tools, particularly Word and Excel.
- You hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
