About the Role

Join a dynamic team of more than 30 000 professionals and become a Masseur‑Kinésithérapeute d’État (or equivalent French qualification) at a leading rehabilitation centre located near Montpellier. The facility specializes in early trauma rehabilitation, orthopedic and reconstructive surgery, rheumatology, and post‑operative convalescence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and deliver individualized physiotherapy programmes for patients in functional rehabilitation and specialized convalescence.
• Conduct early mobilization and therapeutic exercises for trauma and orthopedic cases.
• Collaborate with surgeons, rheumatologists and the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatments and document clinical notes in accordance with professional standards.
• Participate in outpatient (ambulatory) rehabilitation sessions and educational workshops.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of care protocols and share best practices with colleagues.

Required Profile

• Valid diplôme d’État de Masseur‑Kinésithérapeute or recognized French equivalent.
• Current registration with the Ordre des Kinésithérapeutes (mandatory for the application dossier).
• Strong clinical knowledge in trauma, orthopaedic and rheumatology rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient‑centred approach.
• Ability to work full‑time, Monday to Friday, within a multidisciplinary environment.

Working Conditions

• Full‑time position (Monday – Friday).
• Salary defined according to seniority and experience.
• Location: rehabilitation centre situated in a landscaped park, 15 km from Montpellier‑Fréjorgues airport and 8 km from Montpellier’s main train and bus stations (accessible via bus line 20).
• Facility capacity: 99 beds for functional rehabilitation, 7 beds for specialized convalescence, and 20 places for ambulatory rehabilitation.
