On one of Europe’s leading R&D sites, within a global group committed to improving access to healthcare, you’ll join the team responsible for the analytical development of oral solid dosage forms based on small molecules.

The team is structured, skilled, and recognized for its pivotal role in clinical phases, industrial transfers, and regulatory submissions.
To strengthen its capabilities, a new position has been created for a dedicated expert in dissolution.

Your mission

You’ll be the scientific go-to person for all matters related to dissolution:

• Define and lead the analytical strategy for dissolution activities (in vitro characterization, method development, formulation support, troubleshooting…)
• Actively contribute to development, transfer, and submission dossiers
• Provide valuable insight to projects, in close collaboration with formulation, biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics teams
• Be a driving force for technical and methodological innovation
• Enhance scientific visibility (publications, conferences, external partnerships…)

Your profile

You hold a PhD or are a pharmacist with strong expertise in dissolution and in vitro characterization, whether acquired during your thesis, a post-doc, or in industry.
If you also have knowledge of pharmacokinetics and/or biopharmaceutics, even better!

Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in either an academic or industrial setting.
But beyond your background, what really matters is your mindset:
you love digging deep, challenging ideas, structuring knowledge and sharing it.
You’re looking for a non-managerial position with real influence and impact.

Fluency in English is essential.
French is not required
- but the willingness to learn it definitely is 😉.
