Freelance Responsable Marketing & Growth
Position Duties
We're looking for someone to own marketing and growth across our titles. Because we work in short one-to-two-year cycles, you'll run the full arc of a game's visibility, building anticipation before launch and sustaining momentum after, then do it again on the next project. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who likes to ship. $What you'll do- Plan and run marketing campaigns across the full lifecycle : pre-launch (wishlist building, page optimization, announcement beats) and post-launch (updates, sales events, long-tail growth).
- Own our presence in the Steam ecosystem : store pages, wishlists, Next Fest, festivals, reviews, and the levers that actually move the needle on the platform.
- Work the creator market by identifying, reaching, and building relationships with streamers and content creators who fit each game.
- Handle press and influencer outreach : building media lists, pitching, managing keys and embargoes.
- Grow and animate our social channels (Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X) by adapting the message and format to each one.
Candidate Profile
- You know the indie game landscape and how players actually discover games.
- You're versatile and comfortable jumping between strategy, copywriting, community, and data.
- You have real execution discipline. You ship on time, follow through, and don't let things slip.
- You adapt fast to a new game, a new audience, or a new platform trend.
- Bonus : you create content yourself (video, writing, design) or have launched a game before.
