This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to outsourcing activities in Bioanalysis and Biomarker research. You will play a critical part in ensuring high-quality standards in clinical trials while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.

• Develop, implement, and manage outsourcing strategies for bioanalytical and biomarker studies, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budget constraints.
• Conduct market analysis to identify and evaluate potential CROs for service outsourcing.
• Negotiate contracts and establish service level agreements (SLAs) with external partners to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, clinical teams, and scientists, to ensure coherence in study objectives and timelines.
• Oversee the execution of outsourced studies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Review study plans, protocols, and reports to ensure scientific validity and alignment with project objectives.
• Facilitate communication between Excelya and outsourcing partners to resolve issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Perform budget monitoring and financial assessments related to outsourcing activities.

Requirements

About You

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in bioanalytical and biomarker studies outsourcing within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, with demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships.
• Skills: Strong understanding of bioanalysis, biomarker development, and clinical trial operations, Excellent negotiation and communication skills, Proficient in project management with the ability to track and meet multiple deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred (MSc, PhD).
• Languages: Fluency in French & English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
