This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to outsourcing activities in Bioanalysis and Biomarker research. • Develop, implement, and manage outsourcing strategies for bioanalytical and biomarker studies, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budget constraints.
• Conduct market analysis to identify and evaluate potential CROs for service outsourcing.
• Negotiate contracts and establish service level agreements (SLAs) with external partners to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, clinical teams, and scientists, to ensure coherence in study objectives and timelines.
• Oversee the execution of outsourced studies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Review study plans, protocols, and reports to ensure scientific validity and alignment with project objectives.
• Facilitate communication between Excelya and outsourcing partners to resolve issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Perform budget monitoring and financial assessments related to outsourcing activities.

Requirements

About You

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in bioanalytical and biomarker studies outsourcing within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, with demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships. Strong experience in bioanalysis of small molecules in biological matrices (e.g. knowledge of Software as Analyst and Watson, GLP, GCLP), with expertise in bioanalysis of small molecules with LC-.MS/MS.
• Skills: Strong understanding of bioanalysis, biomarker development, and clinical trial operations, Excellent negotiation and communication skills, Proficient in project management with the ability to track and meet multiple deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred (MSc, PhD).
• Languages: Fluency in French & English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
