What Youll Be Doing

• Assist French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism
• Help solve technical and service issues with comprehensive training provided
• Collaborate with an international team and learn from experienced mentors
• Keep accurate records to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Who You Are

• French (C2) and confident in English (B2+)
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
• Ready to live anywhere in Greece (remote allowed within the country)
• Strong communicator with a positive attitude
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
