CDI Office & Admin Manager
Position Duties
As Office & Admin Manager in Montpellier, your role will be to make Sandfall's work environment and offices as professional, comfortable and safe as possible, so that employees can work in the best conditions, in a unique and creative place ! We are a team of nearly 30 people right now. You will also help the management team handle various support tasks for the studio : accounting support, hiring, administrative work, purchases, handling service providers. $Your detailed tasks are :- Make our offices one of the best places to work ! Handle decoration, organization of the office, supplies, external providers... Purchase and install furniture, services, equipment
- Administrative support : paying invoices, preparing documents for accounting, matching invoices with bank account transactions. Help with subsidy applications. Overseeing hiring processes, the team calendar, and HR process support
- Organize outstanding team-building activities and events (with the team or with guests, depending on the occasion)
- Contact & marketing : answering emails to Sandfall's contact address (namely fan emails)
- Help the direction team with various support tasks for the studio.
Candidate Profile
$Required skills- You're organized and reliable. You have a good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or Google equivalents)
- You know how to make an office or home look good : you're a master at tidying up, and you love decoration and home design. You're hands-on and handy with practical fixes
- You have excellent written and spoken skills in both French and English
- You know about gaming and Expedition 33
- Previous experience as office manager or in a related role is required
Additional Information
- You are willing to work in Montpellier, France. Sandfall offices are located near the city center, in a house with a garden : )
- Salary depending on experience, various company benefits and bonuses
- Starting end of 2026 / beginning of 2027
