Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of the nursing care project within the surgical sector, focusing on quality and safety throughout patient care.
• Define care objectives in collaboration with the medical staff and facilitate communication among all stakeholders, including medical secretariats and human resources.
• Manage personnel and resources allocated to the operating room, adhering to institutional regulations and operational guidelines.
• Participate in quality management and risk management initiatives, while being open to additional responsibilities aligned with your expertise.

Requirements

• State Registered Nurse (Infirmier/Infirmière Diplômé.e d'état) with significant experience in an operating room setting.
• Master's degree in Management or equivalent qualifications.
• Previous experience in a managerial role within a surgical unit is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Full-time permanent contract (CDI).
